KARACHI: The Pakistan rupee Thursday strengthened against the US dollar in open market, however, it depreciated in interbank.
As per the local currency market, the greenback lost 20 paisas in open market for selling at 106.05 and for buying at 105.80. The dollar gained 40 paisas in interbank to reach 105.60 for selling and 105.40 for buying. On Wednesday, the US dollar lost 10 paisas in open market to reach 106.25 for selling and remained unchanged in interbank at 105.20.
