KARACHI: The Karachi Stock Exchange benchmark 100-index lost 373.09 points or 1.20 percent to reach 30628.40 points and volume of 142,730,880 shares on Monday.
The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSE) plunged 1,216 points shortly after the start of the first trading session of the week.
As per details, the benchmark index slightly recovered afterwards to clock up at 30,153.42 points at 12:30pm, which is down 2.7 percent from the start of trading.
On Friday, Pakistan Stock Exchange Friday witnessed some fluctuation till midday, however, it remained in green zone as benchmark KSE-100 index added 51.44 points to reach 31492.46 points level.
High and low were 31001.49 and 29784.60 respectively. Total volume traded in the market was 142,730,880 shares.
