MULTAN: Regional Tax Office (RTO) Multan has been advising the taxpayers to submit their withholding tax statements as FBR has decided not to extend final date of submission for withholding tax.
Earlier, FBR has already given October 31 the last for submission of withholding tax statements and FBR will take stern action against defaulters after the deadline ended.
FBR has given relaxation to the taxpayers under income tax ordinance 2001 section 165(2).FBR officials are quite serious regarding Withholding tax they are also educating taxpayers by media, and other services.
FBR has extended the date for the submission of withholding tax statements many times- from 15 August to October 31.
