SHC appellate bench orders Customs to produce vehicle on 23rd

KARACHI: The Sindh High Court has ordered Customs officials to produce a Toyota Mark X vehicle before the nazir of the court by April 23.

A SHC appellate bench, comprising Justice Munib Aktar and Justice Agha Faisal, was hearing a constitution petition filed by Muhammad Usman, owner of the 2005 model car which was confiscated by the DIT officials.
