Tax  evasion: LHC summons NAB prosector on Feb. 4

ISLAMABAD: Lahore High Court (LHC) summoned NAB prosecutor on February 4 alongwith all relevant record of the case.

NAB is currently conducting investigatins against ex-assistant collector Abid Hussain who is involved in evasion of federal excise duty . During  court proceedings counsel of accused adopts the plea that Al Shamsher Engineering Company in involved in tax evasion and all the accused persons are on bail and only Abid Hussain is arrested.
