The appellant had challenged the ATIR decision in which the tribunal had upheld FBR’s decision creating demand of Rs 3,627,956 as sales tax and Rs 357,390 as federal excise duty for the years, 2010 and 2013.

The appellant had sought the court direction against the FBR order allowing the recovery of the said amount.

After hearing both sides arguments, the court issued fresh direction for the ATIR to decide the matter according to law.
